After having two professional ASE certified diesel mechanic inspections done on my truck, ASC refuses to cover the cost of repairs. The parts and labor are covered under the agreement; however, because they don't agree with the mechanic or the diagnosis, they want me to pay for another inspection where the mechanic will have to educate their inspector. This is a waste of my time and money, and feels like a fraudulent way to try to deny/postpone the claim. I should not have to pay my money to educate their inspector. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops and delay repairs to my vehicle to satisfy their inspector. I paid $3500 for this warranty when I purchased my truck. I have had my vehicles repaired by this shop and know that they are honest and fair. Just because ASC doesn't like them, shouldn't mean I need to go elsewhere for the repairs. Additionally, the *** dealership wanted over twice as much money to fix the same parts, so I thought I would do ASC a favor and use a more cost effective approach. When I called to get a refund, they said they will only prorate it so I will be getting half of what I spent. They either need to pay for the repairs or refund me in full.
