    Placed online order (# *****) with The Black Art Depot (TBAD) on 10-5-21 for $48.97 incl. shipping. Discovered on 10-19-21 that **** claimed to have delivered the order inside my mailbox on 10-12-21. However, Id never received it, and the items I'd ordered were too large to fit into my tiny, wall-mounted "cluster mailbox" inside my condo lobby. Contacted TBAD by email on 10-19-21 to explain that the **** delivery notice was inaccurate, and I hadnt received order. I also filed a claim with **** (that **** has not resolved to date). I continued to update TBAD on the matter via email. On 11-5-21, **************** (CS) indicated via email that they had filed a trace for the package with ****. I subsequently received a phone call from CS in late 11-2021 informing me that they would reship the items in my order and file an insurance claim with ****. CS also explained that two of the items Id ordered were now out-of-stock. I was asked to select replacement items of the same value, which I did. However, I never received the reshipment. I followed up with CS via email on 12-12-21. CS responded to my 12-12-21 email on 1-6-22 and stated that they had spoken with order fulfillment and confirmed that my order would be reshipped. They also indicated that they would get back to [me] with updated tracking details. It is now 3-17-22, and I have not received the reshipment that was promised in 11-2021 or any updated tracking details. I tried calling TBADs ***** CS number to speak with a live person, but a recorded message informed me that I had to email CS instead. Since 1-6-22, I have followed up via an email to CS on 2-4-22 and again on 3-4-22, but CS has not responded. I am appreciative that TBAD agreed to reship my missing order, but I am extremely disappointed that I have not received the reshipment of my order after more than 4 months. I am also very disappointed that it has been more than 2 months since CS has responded to any follow-up emails.

    On Feb.1,2023, I purchase movie posters from Black Art Depot, the order arrived on 02/06/23. Did not open the package, immediately emailed to return. Several emails went back and forth between *************** and myself. Last email from ************ was to provide tracking number once I returned for immediate refund. I provided ************ with the tracking number on 2/10/23. I sent a follow up email on 2/13/23, 2/14/23 and 2/15/23 with no response and no refund. I will dispute the charge to credit card. But what a way to ruin a business reputation. I should have check the BBB before placing my order as it appears the complaints are similar. I will never patronize The Black Art Depot and I will make it known to everyone that this bus is not worth riding. I couldnt with a clear conscious call it a business. ***********************************

    I replied to your messages sent on the 14th and the 15th and advised you that the refund was processing. Our office isn't open on the weekends so you would not have received a reply over the weekend. We have an A+ BBB rating because we resolve issues with our customers. Unfortunately, on this platform only negative reviews are left. We have high ratings on many other platforms that can be easily searched online. I did want to notify that your issue has been resolved and your messages from the 15th and the 14th were replied to this morning. As noted on our site it takes 24 to 72 hours for us to reply to tickets left in our system. You can view this information on our contact us page.
