We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and the issues you encountered with your Lexus LS 460 AWD. We understand your frustration and regret that you are not satisfied with your purchase.
As you mentioned, the vehicle was purchased back in March of 2023 in "as-is" condition, and the warranty expired in June of 2023. Additionally, there was no extended service contract or warranty purchased with the vehicle. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Our management team has already spoken with you via phone regarding this matter, and unfortunately, we are not able to cover the engine repair based on the terms of the vehicle purchase.
