They charged my Credit Card, and I never had a charge for a ticket, registration, anything and now I can't get my money back!!!!! F*** Them!!!Review from c f

Site doesn't load for payments. Not only are traffic light cameras for tickets unethical, nCourt and those that use them encourage practices that scammers user. Phone numbers don't match from tickets, urls don't match either. Site looks like it's from the 80s and the backend seems to back that up.Review from Allison D

On hold ALL DAY!!!!!! Renewed my boat registration online (like always) and the payment was processed through nCourt. They received my money and my **** was charged but I never received my new registration. They never processed it!!!!! When I finally got through to a live person, he hung up on me! No callback, nothing. The worst customer service I have dealt with in my life and I"m OLDshame on you ************* ******************** using this awful company to process your payments for a simple boat registration.Review from George T

nCourt is truly h*** on earth to deal with. There needs to be some kind of accountability or oversight when the government makes a contract with nCourt. I've had two speeding tickets in the past 3 years, and every single time nCourt has been h*** to deal with. The first time, I waited for months for my ticket to show up in nCourt's system so I could pay online, but it never happened and I was forced to scramble and mail a check. The second time my ticket shows up, and I attempt to pay online but get met with an obscure error screen when I attempt to pay. I call the customer support line like the error screen tells me to, and I have to wait on hold for over an hour to speak to a representative. The representative takes all my information and attempts to pay on his side as well, and is met with the exact same error. Now I'm told I have to go to call the court itself and ask for next steps.Talking to other people who've used nCourt they've had the same experience of either 1) not having their ticket show up or 2) having issues paying online.Clearly anybody working at nCourt or the government has never actually had to use nCourt, or else nCourt wouldn't have any employees or contracts.Review from Sue S

If I could leave a negative star rating I would have. I went on their website to pay off a family members balance and at the end it stated "Processing Error" Restricted Card - Fraud AVS Filtering Service. So I closed it out and called the local number and spoke with a man named ********** I wanted to 1st verify whether or not it took my payment. ********* said he was not going to look that up for me. Then he proceeded to ask me my information to make the payment. I asked him "Why" he won't look that up 1st before I make this payment with him. I read the policy and it states "All payments are Non-Refundable". He ignored my questions and continued to ask me for my information to make a payment. I finally told him no thank you I will not give him my card number and information without knowing if they already received my payment. That I will call my bank and get my questions answered. I hung up and my bank told me that the transaction was there but there is a problem on their end that didn't allow them to take my money. THANK GOD! This man was RUDE and did not want to assist me in any way shape or form. Just wanted to take my money. Be Very Careful when using this company. If you double pay, it is NOT refundable!!!!!!

Thank you for the response, however, I already knew this as I called my bank immediately. Because when I spoke to people over the phone that day they flat out told me they were not going to confirm or deny if my payment online was processed. However, they said they would assist me in making that payment now and kept interrupting me trying to get me to complete the payment through them! Payments are non-refundable so if my 1st attempt online had gone through and now that 2nd one over the phone I would have paid double the payment! To me, this is border line fraud! Terrible customer service! On hold for an hour. And the CSR ****** comes on huffing and puffing and obviously annoyed to deal with me. I finally make my monthly whopping 90 dollar payment and she is so **** rude i ask to speak to supervisor i get ***** on phone only ro get hung up on and now am on hokd again so since 8am to 940 am all on hold. These people suck their business ethics are non existent. I hate dealing with you Ncourt.
