I used this company for less than a year, sold my business and they continued to deduct money from my bank.They were also charging me an extra $100 fee each month. After speaking with the manager, ***********************, he initially informed me verbally and via email that he would reimburse all the money.After several months and emails, ************** has since refused to reimburse.We are gathering discovery for a class-action suit against this company. I can't even give this company 1 star, BUT I CAN"T GET THIS REVIEW PUBLISHED WITHOUT GIVING THEM ONE THEY DO NOT DESERVE!! I have contracts, stating the exact terms of our fees. I paid a cancellation fee and have a receipt from but they now, 1 year after I paid off the original bill, have turned me over to OXYGENXL Collection Agency. They say the company (PRIORITY PAYMENTS) will not accept any of my documentation. As a matter of fact, they sent falsified documents back to me. With interest rates handwritten, that are not on my copies. Not only was the service they actually offered terrible (payments not in our account for weeks & unexplained funds taken out of our account electronically), Here I am 2 years later still fighting and trying to prove I do not owe anything. Their collectors go away for about 6 months, after I give them all my proof, then, like clock work, I get a call (apparently I am on a list they just keep circulating around the office) It a different rep who acts like I never sent them my documents, now for the 4th time. There has to be laws that protect us from companies like Priority Payments, PaymentHUB, Payprotect or all the other names they use in their contracts, or to take funds with, then act like these companies are not associated and I still owe the fees. Although it is only $225.00 (this time, the original amount I paid was $395.00) I feel this fraudulent and unethical company will continue to harass me, just as they are now, even though I paid their fees.
