            I returned some parts from my business' inventory that were no longer needed. They rejected my return and shipped the parts back to me, which is understandable under their current return policy. However, they claimed that two of the parts I sent were never received, which is a flat-out lie. I packed the returns myself, and the parts are not in my shop anymore, so Injured Gadgets absolutely received them.Refurbished - OLED Screen and Digitizer Assembly w/ Frame for ******* Galaxy S20 (All Carriers except ******* 5G UW) (G980) (Cloud Blue) - Injured Gadgets retail value: $162.83 Premium - LCD Screen and Digitizer Assembly w/ Frame for ******* Galaxy A03s (A037M / 2021) (** Version) (Single SIM) (TYPE-C) (Black) - Injured Gadgets retail value: $36.25 They literally stole $199.08 worth of parts from me and have no interest in remedying the situation.

            I will never use this company again. They deducted 10% from my buyback because I chose the check payment method (more than $250 in total). This information is indicated in such an invisible place that I am sure that every customer does not notice it. I indicated that I would like to receive confirmation of their inspection, but I have not received anything. They also didn't return the screens they didn't accept but charged $10 for it. It seems that this company only works for one time customer and does not build long relationships with customers.
