            I placed an order with Square 1 Art. I was ordering my granddaughters artwork. I received part of my order. Then I received another childs artwork on an item I did not even order. I filed a complaint with the company. I was sent an email saying they had tried to call me and that I didnt have my voicemail set up. That is not true. I emailed them back again provided all the information I had already provided in the original complaint. And requesting to have my order shipped to me or to have that portion of my payment refunded. No answer. I have emailed 3 more times since then and no answer. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. And dont forget I have another familys order and do not feel I should have to pay to return it. This company charges a lot for their products, but people order because they want their childs art for sentimental reasons.

            These people took ***** out of my bank for a order of ***** !!!! I have called to to avail as you have to leave a message and no one gets back to you!! I have sent emails and never answered!!!! I am a senior citizen in a fixed income and wanted to order art my Grandson made but due to my budget could only order ***** , but this company decided they should hold two amounts both for ***** , so for an order I place for ***** they took ***** and put a hold on another *****!!! I have called my bank and they have a pending g for this company and suggest I called the company to get the pending off but as I have already noted above this was not successful due to you cant talk to a human you have to leave a message and then They never call you back!!!!! Please beware of this company I am goi g to contact the school which has used the service and let them know what has happened!!!
