    On 8/20/23, I purchased $8,500 in furniture from Georgia Furniture Mart, which required 2 separate deliveries (8/24/23 and 9/14/23). At issue, is a manufacturing defect on the the chair that was delivered on 8/24/23. The chair has 5 wheels on the base.Since the desk wasn't delivered until 9/14/23, I didn't start using the chair until 9/14/23. For context, I only use the chair 3 days per week for about 4 hours and only weigh 190 lbs.On 11/7/23, one of the wheels cracked in half, which is clearly a manufacturing defect. Therefore, I contacted Georgia Furniture Mart to inform them of the situation. After I provided all requested information, including photos, their **************** Rep informed me that my complaint would be reviewed by a Service Technician and Management and I would receive a reply within 48 hours. However, after 2 weeks of no reply, I replied back, via text message, on 11/20/23. Georgia Furniture Mart responded, via text message, on 11/27/23 with the same comment. Again, I received no response. Therefore, I visited the store 6 days later to explain the situation to **************** Representative and the local Store Manager who forwarded my complaint to the ****************** After another 10 days of no reply, I visited the store again on 12/13/23. At that time, I was told that Management at Georgia Furniture Mart determined that it wasn't a manufacturing defect and wouldn't do anything because I didn't purchase their Protection Program. For context, I used the chair for less than 45 days before the wheel cracked in half.Not only did they refuse to either replace the chair or the wheel, they wouldn't provide me with any assistance to contact the manufacturer to find out how to fix the wheel. Georgia Furniture Mart's customer service and communication are poor and their business practice is unethical. If the company is aware that some of their furniture is poorly made, they should be required to provide a disclaimer letting customers know. If I was aware of this, I would have not wasted $216.60 on that chair.

    This company do not sell quality furniture. First set of furniture were very flawed, sofa out of lined , love seat shoulders not lined, and the second set of furniture sent out was worst. The sofa stitching is too short, shoulder up too high. ************* is out of lined. I was told by custom service this was in the margin of error. GFM dont sell quality furniture! I did not get what I paid for. A expensive ******* money down the tube. ******* Y
