            We purchased these plans after telling them that we were building in ******* . We are happy with the plans however we were not told that these plans did not meet ******* code . We will need *** files and then spend another $1500 with an engineer to correct the plans !The only fix for this problem is spending another $1250.00 . For *** files with Americas house plans. I believe in good faith and honesty I should at the very least get some sort of discounted price for the *** files so I can then pay an engineer to fix the issues!
