      Beware. You have to pay a restocking fee ****** if you send it back. They don't tell you that when your buying it. I bought a pink diamond ring and I have been told they don't see pink and the diamonds and was told the white diamond were LAB CREATED. IM CALLING A LAWYER IF ANYONE WANTS TO JOIN ME LET ME KNOW. M.       I bought an item but I got it home. Looked nothing like it did on TV where they magnify the jewelry and the hand wearing it. Ems are tiny compared to the screen returned. Item received return on the 19th. Receipt says refund 7 to 10 business days. I called on the 11th day and asked where my money was? I was told no that's 7 to 10 business days. Your refund may come after two billing cycles. What you're holding my $1,000 hostage for two billing cycles. Then they told me my receipt said 7:00 to 10 business days. No, it does not. This is 7 to 10 days. I should not have to call you. Looking for my money. Sketchy business practices called there. Was told supervisor to call me back. No call back. Still no return on my money

      I bid on a ring on the GEM SHOPPING NETWORK and had no idea of what I got until the item came. Once I saw in person the stones on ** appear much larger than they are. The stone sizes are not depicted only the total carat weight is given. Make sure you ask what the size of all stones are to give you a better idea of the accent stone sizes. The gram weight of the ring was not on the ** or on the invoice when that arrived with the item. If I would have known what the gram weight was, I would have bid lower. This fact was not disclosed. In a regulated industry they are to have the gram weight of the item marked on the item. I called to renegotiate the price however they stated to return the item. However, to return is very costly. Beware and don't let them push you or pressure you for a quick sale ask all questions. DA

      Over the past several months, I have purchased several items. Some of what I received looked much different in person. Almost as if the scale of the product is being skewed on air. Im not implying that, but the items received are much different in person . The other consideration one should consider when purchasing with GS, is the cost to return an item. I am thankful for the seven day return policy, but it gets expensive to return items. The customer incurs the cost to ship the item back, and the additional cost to insure it. Youve also got a potential restocking fee. It becomes very costly. One thing I have found is that thus far, the level of customer service has been stellar. I recently questioned a customer service manager as to why it is that GS has nothing newer than a 2021 review on their website. Im awaiting a response

      I have read the previous complaints and I had to say something positive. I have bought over the past couple years 4 items. I returned only one item as it wasn't to my liking. There was absolutely no issue returning it as I followed by their rules. I am loving the jewelry I bought and although I have a friend who is a jeweler who gives me great prices, I found that with GSN I am getting prices better or comparable to the discount I receive from my friend. My average spending is between **** and $4000 per item. I found customer service to be always polite, and the Hosts will comply with my request in demonstrating the piece of jewelry or gemstones. Shipment is usually a week to 10 days arriving with ****** I will continue to watch GSN for that next perfect piece of jewelry.

      I'm new to GSN I made 2 purchases and my third was for a necklace I won biding on where vendor ***************** lowered it on an overnight price drop the sales rep promised me 10 percent coupon and free shipping I won the auction and a the floor manager D**** called me to finsluze the sale we spoke to me in a condescending tone msking feel guilty that I bought a very price and I should b grateful refused to honour tge 10 percent or the free shipping and pushed me to refuse the purchase claiming it was a loss!! I declined and hang up and wrnt to sleep time was 3am. Woke up this ****** to find him blocking my account from chat!!! HORRIBLE customer exoerience will never watch nor buy anything from them I felt like I was dealing with a Mafia

      Received an email from Gem Shopping Network that my Refund would be processed in **** Days. 20 Days Later and after reaching out to GSN twice STILL NO REFUND. Having my Financial Institution do ChargeBack. Never again

      Claims they ave the most liberal return , therefore feel free to buy multiples, BEWARE. Their hosts, except ****, says this all the time, but their actions don't coincide with this statement. Also, they tend to ignore requests on online chat.. I have very mixed feelings on this channel. If not for their CHROMIA vendor and **** from Jewelry Extravaganza, I probably would have stopped watching. Definitely feel service has declined this year.

      I just began my shopping experience on Gem Network after stumbling upon it on my ROKU streaming tv. The hosts are fantastic, very reasonable prices, and the jewelry is gorgeous. The estate jewels are always breath taking. Thank you!

      On three separate occasions, I was charged more than the price quoted. The third time I had video recorded the program, including the item number and on-air price given. When I received an email of the order several hours later, the price had increased over $200.00this was on a Friday. I called GSN and was told I would have to call **************** the following Monday. I called on Monday and told the ** Representative (********) about the overcharge, explaining that I had recorded the program and double-checked the price quoted on air, and, this being thir third time I had been charged more than the amount I agreed to pay, I was not going to let the overcharge stand this time. I offered to provide a video of the recorded show. ******** said she would review their recording of the show and call me, either later in the day or Tuesday. I received no communication on Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday, I called and, again, spoke with ********, who insisted she had reviewed the recording of the show and confirmed the price billed was correct. I told her that simply was not true, and that I had video recorded the item I purchased and could prove the price given on air was over $200 less than that billed. I offered to send a video of the recording and was given the email address to send it to. I then cancelled the entire order. I have received no apology for the overcharge and have proven they did charge over $200 more than the price quoted on air at the time of purchase. In addition, I have twice been shipped rings that were not the size given and tagged on the item. People need to be aware that, given the number of times these issues have occurred over just the past year, they need to record the programming when they purchase something, and call **************** to protest when overcharged or shipped an item not as described on air. I will be happy to provide you with a video of the price quote and invoice to prove my claim.
