I wish Beltmann Group lose their operating license! They allowed a third party, a famous GA medical/teaching institution to search and replace my medical records through some authority which were a part of the ***** investigation (on-going). Our belongings were damaged badly, broken, stained and our antiques and heirloom items were damaged/stolen. Boxes were broken into, and documents were taken out of their original boxes with my initial. Our expensive Persian carpets were opened and stained. Every item was searched, and chemicals applied. I really hope a proper authority investigate this firm which operates by a man called ***********************. All of expensive items were stained, broken, never covered. The hired workers were rude, unapproachable, smoking weeds while packing, throwing our properties into the truck instead of putting them down. When truck arrived at our destination, we were told the truck was too large to turn and all of valuable furniture and boxes were delivered in small truck opened and damaged. When we called the company, they never called us back. This company operates under ******************** Services and Sirva. What is the point of filing complaints if no-one investigates and revoke their operating license or maybe some fines!!!

Customer ****** has made unsubstantiated claims. She also claimed that *********************** was an ex-Army Officer. *********************** has never served in the Military. In addition, she claimed we were in cahoots with Piedmont Healthcare, and listed doctors names that she claimed did unauthorized surgery. To date, northAmerican *** Lines has never received a formal claim regarding damage to her shipment.

This in response to ******* Movers LLC. I have filed two official police report to ****** Police, ******* ** and ******/*************************** ** regarding Beltmann Movers and I confirm when I first called ***********************, VP of Beltmann Movers, he immediately suggested offer of finance without even asking me the details of the event. So far, I have been dealing with their sister company, *****, and have submitted several items which are missing. I have been in-touch with Ciox of Emory ******care, I have been in-touch with Athena ****** which handles medical records through Ciox and their VP and their attorney who has been in-touch with me. I have been documented all notes/conversations. If *********************** has not served in the army, it is totally irrelevant to the comprised/ theft of my property. He is trying to turn the fact to himself! I have never met *********************** in person. The reason I believe there might be involvement of the law enforcement is that my holy books (writing in different language) have been compromised by taking out my parents handwriting notes and mine and replaced by photocopies. They were written in ink over 70 years ago and now when apply moisture, the ink does not streak. The 90 year old holy books have been re-binded by white threads- a 90 year old book has new white threads. All my family books and my mother's poetry books have been compromised and pulled apart and replaced. I have been talking to the law enforcement and I will update BBB as soon as the case reaches to the ******************* I still ask for investigation of this company and why my important medical notes which are only important to two major hospitals have been targeted!! Our Claim # ****** - *************** police 2205-....53, ********************* 22-....82. I have not been able to reach *********************** via phone or email. SIRVA CLAIM NO. ****** The major issue is my filing of sexual attack/behavior of a surgeon, Piedmont *******. Case is on-going since 2019!
