I purchased 8 customized sized interior doors from Lowes back on January 16th 2021 and was told that I should be receiving the doors 5 weeks from my order date. Fast forward to today 6/8/2021 and haven't received one door. This is a complete joke. I kept getting updates from Lowes probably 10 or more times saying the doors haven't arrived and they will be pushed out. I get so fed up that I called Masonite Customer Service directly ( 4 or 5 different times) and they mentioned that the doors are on a truck from the New York warehouse and being delivered to the ***** in Butler NJ. This was 4 weeks ago. I just got off the phone with Masonite today 6/8/21 and was told the doors delivered to the ***** on May 21st. I called back ***** and asked them what is going on. They tell me that the doors haven't arrived. I told them Masonite told me they delivered. This is a complete ******* mess. The guy at ***** tells me, I'll call Masonite and find out what's going on. He calls me back and says 3 doors delivered and 5 are damaged and they refused them. You would think I would get a call from someone regarding this. Masonite or ****** HELLO, ANYBODY THERE!!! Where is the customer service. They were delivered on the 26th, he says. I mean what the **** is going on, this has to be a joke! 2 big companies can't get there **** together. Its like the doors were shipped to the Bermuda triangle and they can't find them. I mean this is 6 months now and I don't have a single freaking door. I could have grew my own trees and milled them myself. What a complete joke this is. Do not by doors from Masonite or from the ***** in Butler, NJ. It seems like they have no idea what is going on either. I should get a refund plus free doors from this headache. If I could leave negative stars I would leave -5.
