            Monthly statements are sent out late by vendor so they can charge customers late fees. Statements are dated the 15th of each month, however, it does not take almost 3 weeks to get mail from Georgia to **********.

            We have been a customer of **********************'s for for 7 years in the past 2 years their services have declined severely. Not sure if they have new owners or what but their new system does not work! Customer support is lacking and "management" who you can not even speak with is of no help at all. We have tried to give Nextraq the benefit of the doubt however, we were recently tricked into receiving an "upgraded camera system" that only works half of the time. When we have tried to have the issues with the new system resolved we get nothing but a run around and various excuses as to why they are not working from customer service and technical department.
