    I purchased a Hisense refrigerator and freezer (Model Name: HRT180N6AWD, Serial Number: ************************ on **/**/24 from Lowes in CA. Total price: $618.92 with a $29.00 shipping fee. Since delivery 02/18/24 the refrigerator has not cooled below 60 degrees. I called Hisense customer service 03/03/24, was told they are aware and engineers were sent to warehouses to identify the problem new refrigerators have cooling to a safe temperature of 37 degrees (preventing food borne illness like Salmonella poisoning). I was told the instruction manual was incorrect and the freezer slider should be set to cold and refrigerator to 3 and wait 24 hours. The refrigerator temperature still remained at 60 degrees. Multiple ************** calls were made regarding fixing this. A receipt was sent via email on 03/11/2024, an approval for repair was given 03/15/2024. Incident Number H3118130. There is a 2-year warranty on this refrigerator as Hisense knows they are selling defective "new" products to the American consumer. The appliance repair company was then identified. Hisense did not allow for a technician to determine the problem or come to the property, they instead ordered parts to fix the issue. Hisense then mistakenly ordered parts to fix a humidifier, although specifically aware it was a refrigerator, delaying the repair again. Hisense cancelled the repair on the humidifier and escalated the case. The "tube heater" was officially ordered ~ 03/27/24. I was contacted by the appliance repair business 04/02/24 and informed the part would not be available for 7-10 days. An appointment to repair was set for 04/11/24. I have contacted Hisense multiple times to complain and have requested a refund. Lowes will not provide a refund after 48 hours. Hisense has also stated they will not be providing a refund, as there is a warranty on the product. I do not wish to keep this lemon and it is shameful Lowes would allow Hisense to sell these appliances in their store.

    Hisense service is the worst Ive ever dealt with! I purchased a Hisense refrigerator in 2023. Less than one year later, it would not power on at all. I contacted Hisense service on April 8. I then got into the cycle of being repeatedly asked for the same documentation that I had sent numerous times before. Attempting to speak with any service representative, they simply repeated the same words over and over, including the supervisor that I eventually made contact with. It has now been nearly 2 weeks since I filed my claim, and I still do not have a working refrigerator having been told that they cannot find a technician in my area. When asked what Im supposed to do with all of my Food, the supervisors response was wait to be contacted by a technician. This is positively the worst experience I have ever had and I warn everybody not to purchase any Hisense appliance and certainly I would never invest in another item made by this company not even a toaster! I only wish I could rate them with negative stars. Paranoid
