This store in Bathurst,nb is the worst service * **** **** ******** ** ** ***** Purchased an engagement ring at the bathurst and when we went to buy a band, i was trying to match a band with my ring because i wanted to keep it. The employee at the time showed me a few and it wasn't what i was looking for, she told me that there was nothing there for me. But little did she know i went at the charm store in moncton and the lovely lady took the time and we finally found something. I had to go back every 6 months for service and i live about an hour away. They give me the worst service everytime i go. They send my ring out for repairs that THEY say needs to be done, to get the ring back thinking it was fixed only to tell me 6 months later at the next check that they need to send it back because it wasn't fixed. I also sent in a bracelet for repairs. It was in rough shape (i know what already) then she calls me and says it's in bad shape we'll try and do our best for an estimated price. The main reason i had sent it out was because they were some links that were twisted. That was the reason why i had sent it out in the first place, I have no problem paying the fees to try and the twisted links repaired. I went to pick it up and it's in the very same shape, not a visual difference. So i asked her what repairs were done to this as this is in the same shape, she couldn't tell me. I told her i refused to pay for the repair. I asked to speak to the manager but she wasn't there and i told her i was not leaving without my bracelet. She told me i had to go back the next day when the manager was in. I said that i lived over an hour away and that there was no way i was driving back and requested she gave my bracelet that it belonged to me. She refused again and another lady came to see what was going on. After explaining to her my situation she said that they couldn't give my bracelet unless i paid for it or returned the next day. I told them that it was mine and that i was not leaving without it.
