    I bought an ****** with the bell on an agreement with my wife. Within a month, we both lost our phones on December 16, 2023. We filed for a claim on the same day, with Service Request ID 109393788618. It's been two months. I have been calling them multiple times, and the last email that was received from them was on December21, 2023, to know the update. When I called them today, February 14, 2024, I was told that my request got denied, and they didn't bother to tell me the reason or send an email. However, my wife got approved with Service Request ID 107884536615. We both lost our phones together, and I am frustrated that they can approve one claim and not the other when the situation is similar. I am paying a monthly installment and insurance for the phone, which I do not have. Kindly help me resolve this issue.

    This company has garbage terms of service on their warranty. Have a busy life, and don't get around to reporting your claim. Claim denied! Hardly anyone has this stuff top of mind in this day and age, and yet there is zero forgiveness for your paying customers missing a deadline. We pay our monthly dues for device care on these phones and you can end up never getting to use your device care in the end and be stuck paying exorbitant prices to repair your device with other vendors, or even if you do get to use it you will pay insane deductibles to get your warranty repairs or replacements. Take a look below Asurion, I'm not alone on this stuff. Your company has poor values and does not put the customer first. Take a look around at what the real businesses of today's age do that have hit it really big. Customers first, satisfaction of customers first before profit. Your company is a sham, and your service and communications are trash. You can bet I'll be sharing my experience with everyone I know so they are guaranteed to not use your services.
