Thank you for reaching out so that I could research this for you! I was able to find both of your purchases in our system. It appears both were refunded in full on 7/13/24. The refunds will take 3 - 5 business days to post back to your credit card.
It appears the refunds were initiated by the seller of the product, and I don't have any previous open tickets from a ClickBank **************** Representative, which typically means that the customer did not contact ******************** directly looking for support.
