Horrible company. I used them for 1 week and tried to export a file for marketing purpose. The file was blank! I asked for a refund and they against your will try to keep you in a contract even if the product does not deliver. They promise an 80% accuracy rate. They have a 10% accuracy rate. There is no information for anyone that work. All phone numbers do not work and all emails bounce bank. This is a horrible system. I do not know how they stay in business. I am going to file a legal complaint against the company because they are unconscionably trying to keep myself in a contract. Horrible morals. I do not recommend them at all. Please be careful and leery of this company.

We are so sorry to hear that about this unsuccessful experience on the Haines platform. The Haines team provided additional training and attempted numerous times to find a resolution. We were unable to research data inaccuracies as all requests were refused. Haines is almost a 100 year old company and well respected within the data industry. Haines and our data partner have tested and confirmed that an average of about 80% accuracy rate on phone numbers. Due to the drop in landline retention and the factor around 20% of the US population is in a state of movement, we typically expect a 20% or less disconnect rate. Unfortunately, there is the added instance where an individual can claim that the number is wrong, but we are finding that is not usually the case, it is simply a tactic to get off the phone. A prorated refund was offered, but refused by the customer and a chargeback was initiated. Once the chargeback was resolved in Haines favor, the customer was immediately refunded the prorated amount owed.
