              I placed an order for a 200ah lithium battery and Dc/Dc battery charger after seeking technical information from the agent on the phone. After receiving the items, it appears that the items may not be compatible. I have made numerous calls and have got varying information. I asked to talk to an actual technical person but was told they would have to call me back.I made initial calls within 30 days of receiving products but now I am told I am beyond 30 days. I would like to return all Renogy products as there is no support for their products.

              Heres about the batteries. PIECE OF C*** COMPANY. DONT USE THEM!!!!In November 2023 I spent ****** on a Renogy battery which fixed my issue with my leveling system temporarily. In January I started working on it again to no avail and it didnt work. Last week started working on it again. I replaced the Solenoid switch. Didnt fix it. My battery voltage meter said it was fine. Everyone said I needed to take it to be checked. Finally did that yesterday. It was c*** Bought another battery locally. Course these crooks say I bought it from Amazon so tough even though its from Renogy store on Amazon. Everyone knows Amazon has only 30 days and then you have to deal with the company it came from. Im certainly NOT going for a replacement on a piece of c*** that I already had to replace locally.
