              Work to replace our ductwork began in September, and after 17 visits by multiple workers, it has not been completed so that the system works. Our electric bill has tripled since they began working on it. The zones are labeled incorrectly, and the dampers are not installed correctly and are not working as they should. We had a Trane inspection and they told us it needs to be replaced. We DO NOT want this company to come back. We just want a refund. We paid $17,316. for this and want a refund.

              I needed a repair done at my home, so I called and had a service tech come out. He ordered parts, and after waiting two weeks on parts, we figured out how to fix the issue ourselves. However, in order to order parts, 30% was collected up front in the amount of $1,993.85. We have called repeatedly in an effort to get our money back, and we are told a manager needs to call us back to receive a refund, but no manager ever calls. When we ask for his number, ******* will not provide it. When we ask for his supervisors contact information, ******* says he is the only boss.
