The customer complained of a comfort issue in December of 22 and at that time he was offered and shipped a 1" piece of gel infused visco foam for a king size mattress. There was no contact from this customer until late July of 23 and it was determined he had a chamber leaking. We shipped a replacement chamber under the terms of the warranty at no charge to the customer. November of 23 the customer called to request a return and a full refund. At that time the request was denied as his trial ended on 3/31/2023 per the terms and conditions of the sale.

In the event that the Personal Comfort mattress does not meet your comfort needs, your mattress has a 120-Night Sleep Trial. To be eligible; you must have purchased your Personal Comfort mattress at www.personalcomfortbed.com and not in a retail store, reseller, or through any other third party. If you are not sleeping comfortably, call us immediately. We stand behind our products and take pride in the fact that we strive to offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. When you make a decision to purchase a mattress from Personal Comfort, we will do whatever it takes to continue to earn your business and your referrals. Your trial date starts on the date you receive your mattress.
At this time a return or a refund is not possible based on our return policy referenced above. We are however committed to our customers and will do everything we can within reason to address their issues whether they are in trial or not.
