      GunBuyer.com advertises products for sale they do not have at prices that are much lower than their competition and then cancel the orders and make up excuses on why they could not complete the sale.When you call to find out why they cancelled your order, they make up excuses and lies about why they cannot ship you the product they advertised on line, your purchased, and they are legally bound to sell.If I could rate them as zero stars I would.DO NOT DEAL with them.

Our customer service team did their very best to assist despite the treatment they received during their phone calls with you. As we indicated, your order was automatically flagged by our payment processor as potential fraud due to a billing address mismatch. We have provided you those details so you can follow up with your financial institution. The funds were not accepted and they have been returned to the card used on the order. Thank you

      I bought a gun for my son’s 24th birthday that he had wanted for several years. My husband & I were excited to be able to buy it for him. When it arrived, the box was smashed all up and it looks terrible. We are both very upset. Who wants to give a gift that looks like that- it looks bad!

      I ordered 4 items from the Gunbuyer website. They charged my credit card immediately. These items were 3 handgun magazines and a speed mag loader. Every item I added increased the shipping amount. This seemed fair enough. The next morning I get a voice-mail from Erica stating that one of the magazines was not available and this is a rare acurence, but she would refund that part of my order. Although there was no refund on any portion of the shipping. I then check their website and the magazine shows available, but more expensive now. I call and happen to get Erika and tell her it's showing available right now? She says ya but it's at warehouse D and is more expensive. So she offers to have me re order it and charge me separate shipping. I refuse to pay more shipping because I just ordered the same item 18 hours earlier and it should have shipped with my original order. Also explains to me that the magazine went up in price because they use 4 warehouses, and they all have different prices. I'm a customer and expect to order from a website at the promised price. The logistics is their problem. This is unacceptable. I still have not received my refund. But they recharged me for the item at a higher price. I had to beg them to wave the shipping for the recharged item and they acted like that was a huge favor. Buyer beware. The worst part was the lack of empathy or acknowledgement that I felt upset from the situation. I WILL NOT EVER do business with them again. The amount of money difference was a little over 4$ total, but the principle was the problem. Very poor customer service and and a price increase., wanted to charge extra shipping. Terrible. To top it off, all items shipped separately with 3 different delivery services. And I had to waste time/aggregation and long hold times. Bad experience to say the least.

      Customer placed an order with us on June 20. We contacted them the same afternoon when we realized we had an inventory issue on one of the items that was purchased & refunded for the out of stock item as well. We received a call from the customer the following day indicating that the item showed as available on our site. This was correct as we have different warehouses receiving items throughout the day and do not have knowledge of when a specific SKU may come back in stock. Being as a refund was already issued we let the customer know we could have one sent out but we would need payment again for the item. There was a small price difference from the different warehouse but the customer paid and we had the item shipped out. They contacted us back wanting a refund on the shipping cost of the original order. Since all of the items were fulfilled at this point by Gunbuyer we did not offer any refund on the shipping amount that was charged. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and the issue with the shipping charge. Items were purchased from multiple warehouses so they do have to ship separately since they are in different locations. As a courtesy we have extended a $1.54 refund for the cost difference of the item in question.

      I always had great experiences with Gunbuyer.com. I've bought four firearms (and counting) from them and they always make it easy to do a transfer and purchase online. Also, they don't charge shipping and their prices are some of the best around. I'll be using them for many years in the future.

      I received and email advertising a Kel-Tec sub 2000 Glock 9mm.for $299.99. I put it in my cart it went to $399.99. I have pictures I would have inserted but would not let me.

      I purchased a firearm on 4/28/22 and they sent me an order confirmation, On 4/30/22 they sent me another email saying that my order has been shipped and it comes with a tracking number, when I click on the tracking number link it doesn't take me anywhere so I thought it jus hasn't updated yet. on 5/3/22 still no update so I copied and pasted the tracking number to ***** and it said it was delivered on 5/2/22 but it says from Shreveport , LA to Ormond Beach, FL... It was suppose to go to an FFL in Las Vegas. I called them and after I gave them my information and the order number they put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then she told me that the firearm I ordered is not available and they were just about to call me about it. I asked them how about the email you sent me that my order was shipped with the fake tracking number? they said it was a mistake. I asked them more questions and they of course have more excuses, its like they have done this before. I felt like I got scammed, I gave them all my personal and financial information, verified that they received and shipped my order and then they told me that my the firearm i ordered is not available. Worst firearm purchase experience. Hopefully I actually get my money back, but I'm sure they already have an excuse for that too.
