              I attempted to purchase CPAP supplies from this company, as I had run out. They had been reaching out to me, because they absorbed my previous supplier. I called them to place an order. I told them the supplies I needed. this order was put on hold because they needed confirmation from my sleep doctor. Unfortunately, since the last time I purchased supplies, that doctors' office has closed. I reached back out to Rotech to inquire about other options, and they offered me a price to purchase them out of pocket. I neglected to purchase the supplies at that time(Feb 2). I found another retailer to purchase the supplies from, and did so. On Feb 27th, after no communication, I got a shipping confirmation from Rotech that they were shipping my order, and that I would be billed the full amount. I have now reached out to them several times via email and have a dialogue going with customer service. they want me to ship the supplies back to them at my own expense and initially, they wanted me to pay a restocking fee as well. I was able to get them to waive the fees, but they have not sent me the label, and their latest email states again that I have to ship it back at my expense. They are terrible at getting back to me, and I have to keep following up.

              This company wouldnt even have gotten one star from me. I am livid and over them, switching my supplier ASAP. Now let me start by saying i wouldnt be using them if my first supplier didnt close down. And if my pcp doctor at the time did not refer me to them without my asking or permission. I have sleep apnea and need my supplies. The customer service representatives always sound like they just woke up and working from their bedside. They take forever to answer emails. To get approvals and to ship out the things that you need. Sleep apnea can be deadly so when in need of supplies especially a new mask you want to get the ball rolling a bit more expeditiously than your doing.
