We placed an order for an above ground pool liner on 6/3/24, Order Number *******. When the installer called to let us know they would be there on Monday morning to replace the liner, we were instructed to remove the old liner, which we did the day before. When the installers crew opened the box, they saw that the liner was damaged without even removing it from the box. There were three visible holes in the liner and it was dirty and appeared to have been used. The outer box had no visible damage, but the inner box had extensive damage. I know that the inner damaged box was put inside the outer box by Inyo Pools and was not repackaged by **** I know this because we immediately demanded a replacement liner, and it arrived in the exact same outer box. Since the liner was so badly damaged, we had no choice but to leave our pool empty and wait for a replacement liner. Unfortunately, there was a strong overnight storm two days later, and our pool collapsed. We tried to put it back up, but the metal was creased and bent to the point that that wasnt possible. I got quotes on a replacement pool, equivalent to what we had, and its going to cost us over $6500 just for the pool. That does not include installation. We are looking for relief from Inyo Pools since we would still have a pool had they not knowingly shipped a liner that was damaged and in terrible condition.
