    My family and I booked a trip for November 4-9 2024. We found a rental that we liked and booked. Unfortunately after we booked a few days later we found out that a member of the traveling party has a work conference scheduled that was just told to them. I reached out to top villas as soon as i heard this. They said Unfortunately the deposit is non refundable but we can check with the owner to see if we can switch dates. That was denied. No travel credit was offered for future use which we now have dates that work. I emailed to see about purchasing travel insurance. In the email that I sent that was within 14 days of booking I told them the reason that needed to cancel. The amount of time it takes for a response is ridiculous. Once I did get a response i was told they couldn't offer the cancel for any reason but said you can certainly still purchase travel insurance that will allow you to recover the deposit. So I did. I spent another $125 on top of $350 but guess what now I'm out everything. This is extremely disappointing since I have offered to change dates with hire rates if needed. Would settle for travel credit or a refund completely. I never thought it would get to this point. We are 7 months away from the trip which is plenty of notice. Top Villas has basically said sorry there is nothing we can do or offer for you but hey we will keep your money thank you. The email I received for travel insurance was one day after the allotted cancel for any reason time frame due to them not responding through multiple emails. Something needs to be done because that is not right.

    STAY AWAY FROM SOLTERRA RESORT 92. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Over the Christmas holiday my family stayed Dec *****, 2023 and the house was infested with roaches, even in the refrigerator. JUST NASTY. We emailed Top Villas approximately 6-7 times and called several times for an exterminator. We even called the emergency number. Three days later an exterminator came out but DID NOT correct the issue. We had to purchase bug traps & clean constantly. IT RUINED OUR CHRISTMAS. The property manager still refuses to offer us anything to resolve the issues, not even an apology. Top Villas has not resolved these issues to my familys satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and PLEASE PICK ANOTHER PROPERTY.

This is certainly not the experience that we would like our guests to have.Having checked our records I can see that the issues were reported on a Sunday (12/24/23) when our office was closed. Nevertheless, our on-site team promptly opened a work order to address the situation. However, due to the following day being a holiday, our service providers were not available to attend to the concerns until the 26th, so we booked them for 12/26/23 when staff were next able address the issue. In conclusion, the concerns raised were resolved within 48 hours as policy requires.In recognition of the inconvenience you faced, we have already issued you with a partial refund for the concerns raised during your stay and extended a future discount offer. However, we understand that despite these efforts, you remain dissatisfied. With this in mind, I have already reached out to you today with a view to resolving this case to your satisfaction.We are sincerely sorry for any disappointment you experienced and appreciate your valuable feedback.
