Damaged / Defective:

If your product is defective or damaged during transit, please Email contact customer service for more information. Please be advised, you may be required to submit a photograph of the damaged or defective item.

Email the Customer Support team for return instructions. Please include your order number, the quantity you want to return and details on why you wish to return the item in your email.
Send the item back to us within 30 days of receipt or a refund cannot be issued.
If we determine that you need to send the damaged/defective item back to us, we will send you a return label.
Package the item you wish to return along with ALL original packing materials and accessories or a refund cannot be issued.  
Mail the item as directed by our customer service department. A returned item must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description and condition of your original purchase.
The package must be shipped within 5 days and the warehouse must receive it within 10 days of the shipping label being emailed to you or a refund cannot be issued. 
The process of returning an item by mail takes 2-3 weeks in most cases.
You will be issued a refund within 3-5 days of receipt.

Changed Your Mind?:

If you have changed your mind about your purchase for any other reason, and it is in *new condition, here is what you need to do:
