    Hi,I sent a payoff check that was CASHED by Volkswagen to buyout a lease on January 15th. I then waited 99 days to receive a title. Keeping in mind that the lack of title was holding me back from being able to register my car, or inspect it or change my license plate as i moved states. I finally received my title, though keep in mind they cashed my $14,531.32 check on January 26th, on May 3rd. When received, I realized the title was not signed meaning it meant NOTHING. I took it to two title shops who let me know this is negligence. I also took it to a Volkswagen dealership who let me know this is negligent behavior. I know have a car that I do not own, but paid for, and I am not able to drive it. It is my only car. I have gone through so much waiting for this title and it has cost me a significant amount of time and damage. Volkswagen STILL has not answered as to what I am suppose to do with the unsigned title! i need to get this car registered, I need to drive to work.. I need someone to help me contact Volkswagen so I can get this taken care of without having to wait another 4 months! I am praying someone can help me. I know I am not the only one, this is absurd and volkswagen needs to be held accountable!!!!! Imagine if it was the other way around. I would be in JAIL.

    This dealership is trying to take advantage of middle class hard working families in ******* They priced a 2022 Corolla Hybrid above MSRP and then added on $2000 for "market adjustment" and the justification given was because the vehicle is in short supply. We were told the prices weren't controlled in house and were non negotiable. They refused to show me the dealer's invoice.It was implied that we were lucky to be able to purchase a practical car at any price. It was presumed we were desperate enough to pay any price without negotiation. Dealerships have the right to make a profit and use whatever sales technique is most profitable but it's not necessary for that technique to be disingenuous. The market for this vehicle is working middle class people. These aren't the people in ****** that can afford to pay at a premium.
