0 stars would be my choice! STAY AWAY unless you are SURE you will have an employee take and complete the course within 1 year. They say they EXPIRE - but NO WHERE on my receipt or when I was talking to a sales person did they say there was ANY expiration date on the course. I had to pay for a class with proctored exam and wanted to be sure my employee was going to be with me for long enough to make it worthwhile - I had 2 employees that were candidates for this certification leave. Once I finally found someone that could do it, NOW they say it has expired (by 3 weeks!) and I would have to re-purchase the class. NOT FROM THEM! It's an ONLINE course that is self-paced - how can that expire? It doesn't - it is just a rip-off. The website is not particularly user friendly and has a poor design.

I purchased the real estate course for *****, they sent me a coupon and when I purchased it they eyes charged me 47 dollars and some change. I've called customer service and no refund yet. I've called several times and they even had me share proof and still two different representative have not resolved my isdue.

The *** is of very poor quality. It appears to have been designed by someone who knows absolutely nothing about education. Software errors. Poor customer service. A complete waste of time and money.

They changed the **** 10 hr course without learning-disabled individuals in mind and they wont offer refunds to find courses from companies that will accommodate learning disabilities.

eTips Training is a shady & dishonest company. I was trying to get confirmation that I was still currently certified for their alcohol safety course for a new company. I went to their website to the confirm certification page and its asks for your last name and last four of your social but then when you hit search it does nothing. So I went to live chat. They asked me for my address, phone number, date that I took the course, company that I worked for and still couldnt provide any type of verification that I was certified. So I call the 800 number and the person asked for verification and refused to verify my status. Then she told me the certification was only good for two years. Which I recalled it was good for three years. So I decided to look around a bit more and found my actual flimsy paper card. My certification was good for three years and I was lied to and they refused to provide any sort of confirmation of certification status. They want you to retake the class or pay $20 for a replacement card. It took me 2 hours of waiting on chat and on hold on the 800 number. Do not do business with these people if you can avoid it.

Absolute worst company. Training is garbage if you manage to even get on the class. The robbed me for a $160 class that I never received.

Make sure this is what you want before you pay them. They offer a food handler's permit for $10.00 more than the state's same permit. If you cancel, whether it's within the 72 hour grace ****** or not, they will keep the amount they WOULD HAVE forwarded to the state. That is their policy, even if you don't initiate taking the course.

Yes this website does provide new miner training. Individual must pass 27 modules and yes it is the correct training. However at the end of the training 360 training does not issue a filled out and signed MSHA 5000-23.This is only reason a person would complete the training. Do not waste your time or money.Customer service informed me that the mine operator would sign the 5000-23. in my 20 years of mining the mine requires the trainer to be authorized to meet certain requirements from MSHA to conduct the training and then that trainer or a representative of the training company must sign to verify the training has been conducted.Without a signature from the training facility the 5000-23 is worthless!!!!!!!!

The *********** CE Course Online is TRASH, please take heed, I hated that I signed up for this program. When you take the Final the system doesnt **** the course completed. Therefore, You have to call or send a email to support, then they will tell you, you havent taken the final, when you have. Please Dont waste your time with this company. They are Not professional at all, I asked for a refund for the *********** CE program and the lady from ****************** stated they dont give refunds after the third day and would not let me speak to her supervisor. You would think a company as big as this company would have better ways to handle this situation, unfortunately it was a waste of my time and money. Please look for better training at a MORE professional company or youll be the next person writing a compliant.

360 Training is the worse people I have ever seen in my life. they have no respect to customers. They are ********** hungry people. They offer cheap courses with our understanding customer's needs. They don't want to listen their needs or complaints. They ************ money and never refund for any reason. They never take phone to answer the complaints. I don't know why the government is allowing them to use their Lisence this way of misusing the ethical principles. There are several other companies who are offering beautiful courses with much better service. I never recommend these people to anyone.
