      In June 2024 I placed a order for a Dell Precision 7865, order number: ********** ; Dell Purchase ID: *************. I received the product on Friday, 7/4/24. I followed the Dell instructions to activate my operating system, *********************** WS 9.0. RedHat's portal informed me "Error! The entered Dell Service Tag is not in our records - please verify entry is correct." I called RedHat support just to be told I must contact the 3rd party reseller who sold me the system and license of my ** to get the activation code or to correct the service tag data feed. I called Dell Tech support via their web site. I was given case number: *********, by the tech support person name: ******. ****** informs me he can't do much to help me because he only works on Windows-based machines. (First of all how did I end up in Windows-based support when I bought RedHat Linux?) Secondly, My new machine, I spent $2,761.75 on is just a nice box that can't do much until the ** is activated. So, a few issues with my order. One, you shipped me a machine with Linux on it and then when I contacted support I got windows-based support that can't help me. And expressed to me that they didn't care if I return the machine. Two, you shipped me a machine with Linux on and didn't send the service tag to RedHat so I can activate the **. Lastly, You shipped me a machine and make it unbearable in locating contact information via your web site. Although I must say it's an improvement since 2007, however it's still not user friendly. Perhaps ********************** should spend more time investing in how to improve customer experience then how to regenerate revenue.

      **************On June 26 I bought a Dell 24 Monitor 3 weeks later I have not received it. Customer support said they will give me updates but I have no delivery date.
