I was happy getting a **** 2023 but after 41 days late I was told by the representative You need to be responsible indicating I was an irresponsible person and encouraged to return the truck. I own other three vehicles and no other bank has done that to me they usually try to work out a payment plan. Team lead later calls me and insisted every time Im late I would be humiliated and insulted. I regret getting my truck with this bank and encourage no one to go through what I experienced by not banking with them, a loan, or an auto loan.

I was denied the opportunity to open a personal checking account. ********************., bank representative specifically told me because my true intentions were to open a business checking, that I could not open a personal checking. Yes, my intentions were to open a business checking account, however fraud protection is not available through this bank--per ********************. Therefore, I requested to open a personal checking as I have an existing vehicle loan through ********** I left the bank in disbelief and disgusted. So, I returned to the bank the very next day to pay my truck note and to secure ************************ name (so disappointed, I forgot her name). She was available and provided me her business card. She asked how could she help me (she should have thought of that yesterday) and I replied, well you profiled me yesterday and denied me the opportunity to open an account. She replied, well, I didn't know who you were. So I guess you have to be someone important in order to bank with ********** Or better yet, maybe ones skin color should be more translucent.

Unfortunately after 15 years of being a member with ********* and working there thru nursing school, I have to share this very DISAPPOINTING experience. As my house is being sold and will close on the 10th of this mnth, ********* for some reason autodrafted my account for the first time in years for a mortgage payment. This payment went thru and made me negative $500+ along w overdraft fees. The mortgage will be paid off in full by the buyer in ********************************************************************************* deposit on an apt to move into before our closing date. The money that ********* pulled without my permission has left me and my girls stuck in a bind, because ********* will NOT reverse the payment. Even though I have provided them with proof that it will be paid off in days. This is extremely upsetting and I feel disappointed in this credit union. They are leaving me and my girls with no money and no way to get into another place because they took money without my permission from my account. Despite knowing my financial situation and that it was their mistake, I WAS DENIED TWICE BY THE MORTGAGE MANAGER ***************. I have been calling over the past couple days numerous times to sort this out, but have been given the run around and havent received a call back as promised from ***************. This was supposed to be a family oriented credit union and I dont for see how they could deny my reversal when they had not auto drafted my acct in years for a mortgage payment but this mnth they decided it was to be done WITHOUT MY PERMISSION & when the ***** WERE NOT THERE. EITHER WAY THEY ARE GETTING A COMPLETE PAY OFF when the sale is completed, YET they still wont reimburse me for the amnt they took.

I am the cosigner for a car loan and every time I attempt to use their online **** payment suit, it locks up and will not let me access it.... I always spend my only day off work fighting their insufferable system to pay the **** loan... Can't wait to refinance with my bank so I never have to see their website ever again...

I paid my loan and they still kept taking payment from auto pay.now they say i have a savings with them.That is fraud.

We have been customers at NACCU for over 15 years and we have watched their customer service and competency quickly deteriorate. We moved to Austin and decided to keep our accounts open since they offered web based services and offered ATM services at participating banks in the area. Unfortunately, NACCU'S merchant services is not properly trained and I can't tell you how many times I've heard "I'm unsure" for their reps. If you are handling someone's money...you don't want to hear uncertainty. The manager said he would call me back (that was 4 months ago) and I had to make another call today and I was placed on the "queue" for a manager to call me back. SIGH...guess I have to start the encumbering task of moving banks, changing autopays and debit cards. Thanks Navy Army for dropping the ball! Hopefully my review will open up the eyes to the executives.
