I was in the market for a new front door, but I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted and I didnt know what would work and look good for my style of home. I came across Doors4Home and I was very impressed with their wide variety of options. I worked with ****** and *** and since I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted, they took the time to help and guide me through the different options and what would look/work best on my home. The customer service was beyond excellent and I really appreciated the extra time they spent with me to make sure I was 100% happy with my selection. I ended up buying a beautiful contemporary four light door and I couldnt be happier. The door works very well with my home and brings in the extra light I needed at the front of the house, yet still maintains the privacy with the satin glass. I highly recommend Doors4Home if you want an excellent quality product at a great price and excellent customer service.

Not a great experience with this company. Just a combination of multiple errors, genuine lack of concern and severe lack of customer service on their end that led to a thoroughly disappointing ending. I am truly upset by the whole experience and now have a door that brings me disappointment every time I look at it. Im so thankful to be done with this whole process and this company. It took almost 5 months from purchase to install due to their business practices. It would have taken even longer if had continued to wait on the customer support in the end that I thought I would get. In the end, I went ahead and did the maintenance to the door on my own and hung it. I was so amazed that I had to be the one to call them and push them to help get answers to shipping and repairs. Every time I had a question or would request anything, the response was Oh ok, Im going to have to check on that and call you back. Never to get called back. When Id call again, Id get Oh hey, I was just going to call you. There is no genuine care in their customer service. I even had the shipping guy stop taking my calls and passed me off to someone in sales as he was tired of me calling all the time, Im sure. You as a customer are not important to them. When the door first arrived after being delayed for over 2 months. It was completely damaged on one side of the jamb. I refused delivery and sent it back. Doors4Home told me they would give me a $150 credit and send me a new jamb leg. I declined as I spent $500 for a prehung door. They said it would be 3 weeks to get the work done and be sent back out. 3 weeks later I call and find out, its still at the trucking company and hasnt even been sent back yet. Fast forward another 3 weeks and it arrives back to me. Damaged again. The pre drilled holes were 1/8 of an inch off and completely torn up. Torn up so much that you could see the damage extend outside of the handle hardware. LUX doors clearly was ok with sending out sub-par material and Doors4Home was not interested in making it right. There was also another notch taken out of the inside of the other jamb leg and a chunk taken out of the dead bolt area on the inside of the jamb. I made the decision to accept the door as I thought Doors4Home would help me out or offer a credit to have some repairs done to it. They did not. In fact, its clear that after trying multiple times for help or answers, I am now on the hook for this door. I thought they were bad at communication when I didnt have the product, it was even worse when I did. I warn everyone to look at their ratings on the BBB Better Business Bureau and other areas. The issues that other people list that result in their low ratings are completely accurate. You are taking a huge ****** ordering from this company. Any company can appear to have great service when things go well. Its how a company works with its customers when things go wrong that defines them. Doors4Home does not care about making anything right and does not respond to the concerns of the customer. I highly suggest you find a different company. Save yourself the headache and disappointment. Here I am almost 3 weeks after final delivery and no word about all the damage or apology or anything. Just an old fashioned brush off after shelling out thousands of dollars to them.
