    To Whom it may concern:On November 20, 2024 we received confirmation of 2 cabins on Royal Caribbean Cruise line booked thru ID90. Total on each cabin was 4055, a savings of around 400 per cabin with the friends and family discount, we added air thru the air2sea program and paid the 500 down, with air our balance was ********. On December 23, we were told that RCCL had changed the rules and the friends and family discount was no longer available. WE contacted ID90 and was told they were working on it. After a few weeks of going back and forth with **** at ID90, I was told that friends and family was no longer available but that RCCL was honoring anything before January 10th. Kept waiting on paperwork from RCCL to ID90 we went in to pay the balance yesterday, the payment was rejected and was told that now the price to check out is *********. After being told numerous times that this was worked out, what is the deal? Also if the friends and family is not in effect would it not be the 400 difference that was in effect at that time, not the current pricing? We booked this for my sons birthday on June 9th! Also we have booked hotels, tours, etc. Bought wifi, drink packages etc on board! Today I was told we can get a refund but what about the hours spend booking all the above, and booking another cruise with another cruise line will be higher and airfare this late in game will be extremely higher! My son has 2 other cruises booked with Royal one with 6 cabins. Another for New Years. Why would he/us keep booking with a line that wont honor the prices given? What I expect is the fare booked that I have confirmation of, worse case is the 400 more that the other cruise agents (United, American was showing at the time). I need an answer to this asap as It shows Balance due by March 4th.******************************* ************ *********************** Attached original booking and current billing

    We booked a stay at the ******************** in February 2023 through ID90. We have used ID90 many times, and extra costs are always listed on the hotel page. Upon arriving, we were charged extra hotel taxes not listed on the ID90 page. We paid them, so we would not loose our nonrefundable stay. We spoke to ****** several times about refunding this charge and they said we would have to talk to ID90, since the booking was through them. ID90 would not respond. (in the meantime, we checked back on ID90 and they all of a sudden had the extra taxes listed on their page- what a coincidence). After many efforts with both companies, we filed a dispute with our credit card for the extra fees ONLY. Our credit card misunderstood us, and disputed the whole stay. They tried to resolve it with ID90, but ID90 did not respond to them. We then found out we were locked out of our ID90 account. When we contacted the company, they said it was because it was reported as fraud. This had never happened. They responded that it is locked forever, despite us explaining the situation to them. We would like our account unlocked.
