We have been scammed by a moving company named ***** 2 You Moving. It is a sister concern of ******** Pools and Construction LLC. The trauma started on 4/17/2022 when the owner *********************** along with his ********** associate Gerrance visited our place in *************, ** to do inventory on the items to be moved to our new home in **********, **. All 3-of them are scammers. ******* started with all the sweet talking & said they will take utmost care of our household items during packing & will even fly to ** with his wife to meet us there during the drop off. We signed a contract for a total cost of $12k on that day. We paid them $4k in personal check & another $4k in credit card. Few min later I saw a pending credit card charge of $4,136. Upon asking, ******* said that extra $136 was processing fee. So, I told them to return to my home and take the full $8k payment in check. I requested him to refund me $4,136 card charge. He immediately responded that ****** has already refunded, which was a TOTAL LIE. Even his wife ****** lied to me & said she has already refunded the amount. I asked for confirmation but never got one. I realized that I will never get the refund on the previous day of pick up when ******* texted me that since another $4k is due at the pickup. They will consider the credit card charge towards that final payment. The actual mode day was 4/28/2022 & I was scheduled to fly out from ** next day. On the morning of the move day, ******** associate **** (who is also a fraud) showed up & demanded $3k cash, otherwise they would not load the truck. **** did a conference call with ******* with me where ******* started yelling at me & instructed **** to get out of my house unless $3k is paid. I almost had a mental breakdown and started shaking, given the fact that I was scheduled to depart next ******** house in ** is already on contract for sale. **** forced me to go to ***** ********** to withdraw cash. **** said he would not sign any doc that he rece
