I bought a used Jeep Wrangler January 28 2024 with a warranty that I Thought would give me peace of mind for any mechanical issues that would happen. That is not the case. Four days after purchasing my jeep, I took it into my ASE certified mechanic to complete an inspection. He determined my jeep is unsafe to drive as the ball bearings and power steering need replaced and my oil leaks badly. So he filed a claim. After calling NACW several times for updates on the claim, calling the dealership for records to be sent, and myself driving to the dealership in my truck (not my jeep) to ensure records are sent, I was told an inspector for NACW would be out to assess. Here it is April 4th and I'm told the claim is denied due to "pre-existing condition". Mind you, I have a copy of all records and inspections from the dealership. Nowhere was there anything stating that validates my jeep was in such a state of being unsafe to drive or said above repairs were needed. I feel NACW is a scam and I was duped into purchasing a warranty for ****** to bumper repairs, wheels and tires, and GAP insurance believing this warranty company was reputable and protect my purchase.
