            I purchased a lawn treatment package from them 2 years ago. The service was bad. They would never announced or schedule their visits and had no communication as to expectations. They charged me like clockwork though. Throughout their service they trampled my landscaping and punctured flowerbed protection with their advertisements (which were never welcomed or a part of the deal I signed up for) I asked them to stop. They didn't. Last year I settled my final bill with them. During that discussion they told me candidly "We don't guarantee results." If I had heard that at the beginning, I never would have signed up. Their product did not work. And out of nowhere I was reported to a collection agency this month for another payment. I was never sent a paper bill for it. I received no emails or calls from them. They just went straight to collections.
