    My experience at this shop was traumatic. I was initially quoted $5k in damages to my Kia ** and a few days after I dropped my car off, I get another quote for $20k for a SCRATCH AND DENT!!! Obviously insurance was not going to cover this, so the shop told me it was my responsibility for 8k while State Farm was only covering 12k. I want it to be known that theres absolutely nothing I can do at this point because the time it took for them to settle at 20k in damages, they had the roof off of my car, the front bumper, and various other parts of the car completely removed. My entire car was apart before they sent me an invoice of ******. How is that supposed to look? Hey pay us 8k or good luck getting your car back! After speaking to the shop numerous times and even having to have my father show up to try to understand why its ****** and figure out a solution to meet in the middle, 3 days later I get a call that theyve totaled my car because they found more damage. Two words: insurance fraud. Its been an over a month since this has happened and Im still in complete shock and utter disgust. Im still left without a car because of issues with *** and gap insurance, so Im not able to be approved for a loan. Im a 23 year old female and they took advantage of that. I pray that their daughters never have to go through what they put me through. I pray that they get some morals.

From the outset of your vehicle's repair process, we made it a point to inform you that estimates can evolve. This is particularly true in complex cases like yours, where manufacturer procedures and build sequences play a critical role. After disassembling your vehicle and reviewing the specific construction (hemmed ****** construction on the quarter panel), we realized that the repairs required were more extensive than initially anticipated. The car manufacture repair procedures dictate the repair. For us is the only way the car can be repaired. Unfortunately, some shop choose to do repairs that fall outstand these high standards and we know that sometimes this can make it difficult. We understand how the involvement of your insurance company and their suggestions of "excessive estimating" might have influenced your perspective, leading to doubts about our intentions. Please be assured that our primary goal is to ensure the safety and integrity of your vehicle, not to inflate repair costs. In fact, we proactively ordered and received all the necessary parts for your car, aiming to stay ahead of the schedule and minimize your inconvenience. During the meeting with you and your father at our facility, we wanted to provide complete clarity and reassurance about the repair process. At your father's request, we submitted an additional supplement to your insurance company and yourself to consolidate the final costs, ensuring there would be no further surprises. The decision by your insurance company to declare your vehicle a total loss was unexpected and came as the next point of communication following our efforts to provide a comprehensive and transparent estimate. We were under the understanding you wanted the insurance company to make the call once we submitted the supplement. You both seem good with either way.. It's disheartening to hear that this decision has led to further complications for you. With the change in the car values falling downware after covid the market has dropped and that loss in equity created the issue. We sincerely regret that this situation has left you feeling this way, and we want to reiterate that our team's actions were always in the interest of providing thorough and safe repairs.
