On Monday, July 19, 2021, I contacted Al with Savelle Plumbing about re-plumbing the copper pipes under my home. He set up an appointment for Tuesday the 20th, at that time we discussed what I wanted done. He said no problem, looked under the house, said the job would be no problem and gave me a price. He didn't even go under the house to check out what the job would entail. I agreed to his price which was for his labor. He informed me that he would give me the bill for the parts (as he said he makes no money on parts) The job was set to begin and be completed on Monday the 26th. On Sat before the job he texted me that he would be at my home at 8am to determine his parts which he would call in to Ferguson Plumbing supply and he wanted me to call in my credit card to pay for the parts. I said I have a better idea, I would go down to the supply house, pay them cash and pick up the parts myself. He said ok to that. Today is Sunday before the job and he said he could not come to my house Monday because of some emergency and that he was booked for the rest of the week and didn't even try to reschedule. I believe that he was trying to scam me and order extra parts for other jobs and was hoping I would go ahead and pay with my credit card and not question anything and got caught. I think for this company to have a A+ rating at the BBB and is wrong and some people would say it was criminal. If I could I would leave no stars for this company.

This customer was very pushy and mouthy. I felt it was better to walk away from her. I have been in business since 2004 and haven't scammed anyone. She left me a nasty text on my phone and I just blocked her number. Thank goodness, I didn't do any work for her. She would have been a nightmare to deal with.

First of all How can my acceptance of his terms be "pushy and mouthy" ? What went wrong for him is when he wanted me to pay for his materials over the phone with my credit card versus me going to his supplier to pay for his materials directly. By the way the work was done by one of his competitors very professionally and on time without any hassle. Their name is ***** **** ********.

Don't have time for this. It's idiotic. I didn't do any work for you and I'm not letting you take up anymore of my time. Have a great life!

I've been having customers pay Fergusons plumbing supply directly at my plumbing cost for decades. I did not want you to go pick up the materials for your job because of you getting the wrong parts. I told you this the first day I met you. Glad you found someone to take care of it for you.
