    I purchased a set RoadTour 655 MRE, Aug 2021. The warranty on Hercules website states this tire is good for ****** miles and if this tire becomes unserviceable due to a flaw in workmanship or materials, we will replace it at no charge during the first 50% of tread life. And this warranty is good for up to 36 months. The car began to drive poorly. The care was taken to The Tire Depot on July 29. On this visit I was told, the back tire was bad. And I had to buy another one. I would like to be financially reimbursed for this tire because it has the same workmanship damage that the others have. They would not replace it for free. The car was still driving badly so I took it to my mechanic and he told me the problem was the tires. I took it back to Tire Depot on Aug.11 and this time they told the front 2 tires were bad, excessive tread separation. Why didn't they identify this on the previous visit. It is impossible under normal wear and tear for the tires They told me they would not honor the warranty. They told me I could call Hercules Tire. I have called them twice and they keep giving me the run around telling me to take it to another tire distributor. They were not helpful on the customer service line. Today, I took the car to another tire shop for an assessment. They stated the remaining 3 are in terrible shape, abnormal tread separation, unsafe to drive. I would like replacement tires for the same or better quality. I was taken advantage. The warranties were not honored. This is an unethical business. I do not recommend anyone to do business with them.

    All was good with the initial tire purchase. After 6 months I had a bad tire. I attempted to contact Tirebyer.com customer service by phone and was on hold about an hour and hung up the phone. I then used the chat function and got things going. After not hearing anything for four or five days I contacted them again. Just like the first time, I attempted by phone then gave up after being on hold for a few hours and I went to the chat function. I got a customer service rep to email me and that seemed to work for a few emails. I filled out the paperwork that was emailed to me and emailed it back then waited. After four or five days I attempted to contact them again through the email provided to see what was going on with the claim with a reply of "yeah we got the paperwork". After another few days and with no word on the tire claim, I called the tire MFG, Nitto Tire. They told me they didn't have a warranty claim filed yet from tirebuyer on my behalf. After a short discussion on what was going on they didn't like how I was being treated by one of their dealerships and said they would contact them. After another four or five days I called Nitto Tire again and they said they were waiting for a call back from Tirebuyer. I then emailed the tirebuyer customer service rep and told him to call Nitto Tire. After 24 hours I still have zero emails from Tirebuyer. This is over one faulty tire that Nitto Tire said is a warranty issue but it has to go through the dealership. I'm pretty angry at this point and request they refund me for the four tires and I'll go buy them from a dealer that will actually take care of its customers.
