We had an excellent experience with Wendling Designs. ***** is a really great listener who listens to her clients and doesn't take the project in her own direction. We worked with **************** who didn't listen to our wants and needs and ran with their own ideas. We had ***** draw plans for a second story addition and exterior remodel/facelift. ***** listened to exactly what we wanted and put it down on paper. We showed her a picture of how we would like to transform the exterior of our home cape cod and she was able to come up with designs and a plan on how to transform our house. Her ability to listen and give us exactly what we wanted cannot be understated. We consulted with **************** for our project and even during the preliminary walk through of our house, they were unable to restrain their "wants" and "wishes" for our house. ***** did not impose her own vision onto our project and budget, but listened to our vision and needs, while also helping us navigate good choices within our project. ***** was extremely knowledgeable about our town's building code and the and how we would be able to work within the confines of the building code to achieve the look we were going for. ***** is very responsive and a good communicator. She was able to refer us to other professionals to help with our project. We also thought that *****'s fees were very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Wendling Designs to friends and family, without any hesitation.
