False advertising online. Be aware that you will go there and will be charged thousands of dollars over MSRP. You can shop around to other dealers and find one that is somewhat honest and wont try to play with numbers to s**** you over. If they knock down the market adjustment, they play with your rate to compensate. Also- they add on the warranty as if you cannot decline it. Which is false. Read their reviews on ********* they changed their name so ****** wont reflect on the true to-date reviews.Review from Shrija A

If I could leave a 0 Star Review I would. I went to this dealership to buy a new **** After test driving , when I asked about finances/ numbers on the loans etc, after making us wait they circumnavigated, essentially never giving us a straight answer. So in order to look at the numbers I had filed in a credit check application. In a single day, they ran 4 hard credit pulls with unknown financiers despite me telling them to do it with ********** only. This lowered my credit score. Now they are not answering calls or connecting with the "sales manager".I would never go back to this place.Review from Tom M

Took my 2015 Optima for 'wobble' on acceleration again and again for diagnosis over 3 years. Not 1 time did the Techs ever say they feel the 'wobble'. I feel it all the time. I even felt it 1 minute after I left the Dealer, called the service advisor immediately and told him it was very much able to be replicated, why can't your Techs feel it? He said, bring it back another time for diagnosis, NO WAY! After 3 years of telling them I have a problem?Took it to another Kia ******* That Service Advisor felt the 'wobble' within the first 2 minutes of driving. Diagnosis was to install a New Transmission **** covered this under the 100k mile warranty). ***************** Techs should have consulted Kia *********** since I've been complaining for many years, but didn't.I would not trust the Techs there, seems nobody cares or believes what you tell them.Review from GM L

GL I found the vehicle I was looking for at Gary Lang Auto Group. A 2023 KIA ******** in the color and trim level I wanted. After negotiating a price, the Sales Manager convinced me to place a down payment of $1,000 to hold the car as it was a hot item. We negotiated a price and I gave him the down payment, and he assured me they would hold the vehicle. The vehicle was supposed to arrive approximately 8 days from when I gave the deposit. The sales manager then turned me back over to my initial sales rep to confirm the hold. A few days later, my son became ill and he had to go to the emergency room and ultimately to a children's hospital to be treated. The day after he was admitted to the hospital, my rep called me to tell me the vehicle came in early and I could come in to fill out the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. I explained my situation with my son to my rep and he was very sympathetic and told me not to worry, they will hold the car. I told him I would be in later in the week to pickup the vehicle, and I texted him each day to keep him updated on the situation. Only two days had pasted, and it was still not the original date the vehicle was supposed to come in that I get a call from my rep saying the the Sales Manager made the "business decision" to sell the car to a customer who came in off the street and wanted the vehicle. They did not even call or text me to give me the opportunity to try and come in at that moment to buy the vehicle. They just sold it out from under me. My sales rep was mad as well. I asked to talk to the Sales Manager, and after voicing my disgust and asking why I even placed a deposit, he told me that the down payments really doesn't mean anything and they are not obligated to hold the vehicle. Nice!!!! Now I have to wait a week to get my refund back and I cannot locate the vehicle I want. A perfect example of why consumers hate dealerships. Unethical, manipulative and right out bad customer service. Thanks *****************Review from Nichole S

Signed papers, gave down-payment, was just waiting for the vehicle to arrive. The bank had an issue with documents submitted by the financing departments senior employee. MULTIPLE calls and emails were avoided for 48 hours. I had to drive the 60 minutes from my house to the dealership to get answers. *********** declined the application solely because the papers were not submitted correctly all the whole the employees were insisting they were just trying to help us out. Ultimately now we will not be accepted by Kids Finance because of their incompetence, desire one of the senior employee HUGE level of cockiness. There was a complete lack of concern for their actions, no remorse or apology. Never shop here!!Review from Sam W

Some of my concerns at the dealership were once I began dealing with the sales manager, ***********************.I was assured by several individuals over the phone that the dealership would match the text offer range given by KBB on your dealerships website. The offers I received after driving two hours were over $2,000 less than the lowest online value range I was given. I understand it may vary more for older vehicles l, but I was wanting to trade in a 2022 K5 with **** miles in like new condition. This was fairly frustrating after being assured of the range prior to my long drive. I was more hoping that it was at least going to be close to the low end of the range and not a few thousand dollars off like I was assured it would not be.**** was also adamant that my vehicle was not AWD and originally gave me a trade value for FWD. After some back and forth and finally showing him it was in fact AWD, **** stated that they would increase my trade value $500 to get my business which I was very grateful for and would have led me to purchasing a new vehicle. However, this is when the larger issue began. **** took the paperwork back to add the $500 extra on my trade in and show the updated costs. When he returned, I noticed that the price of the vehicle had increased $500. His business practices were extremely deceiving and concerning. I have never in my life encountered that when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. For him to state he would give me more on my trade in and then just hide the $500 increase in cost elsewhere in the transaction is not right. When I asked him about claiming to give me an extra $500, when he in fact added it back and hid it somewhere else in the transaction, he became very confrontational. **** ******** up all the paperwork, threw it in the garbage, and stated well its right on the paperwork in front of you. I believe his actions were intentional to try and get me to avoid noticing the increase in the vehicle price.Review from Ron K

Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware). Went ****************************** as they had the car that my wife wanted at a price that made sense. Was told that we were able to get two incentives. One we got the other for financing with **** We planned to pay cash, but the incentive changed our minds and we financed part of the vehicle. When all was said and done, we never received the incentive and actually paid $1,000 more for the car than the list price. What a scam! Tried to discuss this with several people there, but with no luck. The sales manager claimed ignorant to my description of the issue and asked to see the sales sheet and he would call me back. I sent a copy, but no call and he would not answer my calls. Horrible customer service! Then to follow up on this, the sales manager had been driving the car before we purchased it. We discovered after we got the car home that he had allowed his dog to leave bite **** in the rear door panel. Took a picture and sent to them, who stated they would correct the problem by replacing the door panel assembly, but the car was too new to get parts for yet. Six months go by, after several contacts by me following up on the issue, and finally parts are able to be ordered. We live over 50 miles from the dealership and they know what is needed to get this issue corrected, but insist that we drive there just for someone to look at and put us on a list for a back-ordered part. I already verified that this assembly is already available from *** and let them know this. I regret that I have to resort to this type of communication, but they have let me no choice as they do not want to do the right thing by the customer. Very shady business. I can not figure out how they get such a high rating from BBB. I very much look forward to a response at ***************** Import on this review.Review from Sarath_S

Zero rating. [there is no zero star option]I came here to report my pathetic experience with the Sales team on 20th Sep 2021. But after reading the previous complaints, I feel it is a waste of time typing here the same c*** they have been doing to other customers.Dishonest Dealership I have ever been to. Rude Sales Manager. Sales guy had no clue what he is doing. Misinformed and dishonest Internet Sales team. Price on website not honored. Story made up that the vehicle is on dealer trade and forced me to pay higher [MSRP]. Good that I did not spend time talking with them for long time as I was ****** off in just 10 minutes.AVOID this pathetic dealership. Subaru must black list this dealership.Review from Jessica

I had inquired about a deal apparently too good to be true. They had a ********** SX listed for $26,262, which was significantly lower than the **** over $30,000. When I received info back, I was told that car was being held for someone else (it is still on their website 2 weeks later), but they did have a ********** EX (a few less features than the *** that was coming in later in the month. She said I should be able to get around the same discount, but couldn't guarantee anything. They sent me the window sticker to view the features the car had. I had to put a deposit on the car to hold it, but they wouldn't take the deposit over the phone and I live 3 hours from the dealership. I was willing to drive to make the deposit, if they could confirm the price so I knew how much the discount would be. She said numerous times she would check with her sales manager and get back to me in a few minutes. I took off of work early to be able to make it there to make the payment. After a few hours had passed, I called and she said she still wasn't able to connect with her manager. She said again she would call back in a few minutes. She called back almost 2 hours later and said they would not give a discount and the car would be listed at ****, $27,440. The car with more features would have been cheaper than what they offered me so I declined. I was told if a discount would be offered that they would contact me.Fast forward a week later, and the car is listed on their website, (I matched the *** number on the window sticker to the *** number listed for the car on their website) for $23, 939, which is $3501 less than the ****. I sent an email to the internet salesperson I was working with about this and never received a response. They clearly were trying to get me to overpay for the vehicle, or they are not actually selling these at the discounted price by telling people they are not available and upselling the ones coming in.
