            I went to dealership on 8/22/23 for light on the dash board saying power steering they could find anything wrong so they kept on driving my car to get light to come back on their was no signs they had my car for 2 more weeks still nothing so went to pick my car up and it was sounding like a truck and they said that they were not responsible for the damage i would like to know if there something i can do because they are ripping old women off and they didn't not call me about that issue i had to this out when pick up my car.

            I plan on actually reporting them to authorities. They are practicing text book false advertising. I came in to purchase a 2020 ***** and the marked it up by $3K for a protection package. I told them that I just wanted the ***** as is and not the protection package. They then told me that the paint protection had already been applied but that they could negotiate that down. I told them that I refused to pay more than what was listed and didn't want anything additional (outside of taxes). They still attempted to charge $1200. I walked out. This is literally illegal.
