We'll buy junk cars in ************** with no keys, no registration or no title too.i have a bill of sell, but no title, and it says the above statement, and they are saying that they are not accepting cars with no titles when i talked to them over the phone. so it is pretty much false advertisement. we will be looking more into this.

            In some very special occasions, the yards where we sell the cars are unable to take a car without a title because they have a quota of how many bills of sale they can convert every month. They can buy a car with just a bill of sale in ***** but then they have to get a title before they can do anything with them. When they hit that number, they cannot buy the car.As you can see, this is the first time this has ever happened and it is very rare, but we understand that doesn't help this customer. We apologize and we are happy to send him a gift card for disappointing him.
