            Sept 1 **** I purchase a car and arrived with pre approved loan. The Finance staff ***** lied to me asking Me to access credit to complete. He lied and re ran my credit 3 times trying to get commission in a loan without asking, he said it was needed to process the pre approval I came in with. The credit report shows he pulled My credit 3 times. When I asked brought this to the owner he said they Lawered up and said good luck.

            ********************* the sales manager is full of Lies and incompetent. stay away from this place at all cost, this place is rude and arrogant. I order a car from Exchange Porsche and the sales rep ******* was good. The arrogant sales manager ***** came in and became very rude and used abusive language when I asked for a modification of the order and refused to do take any action and instructed the sales agent to not communicate with me. He proceeded to cancel my order because I reached out to Porsche North America. This place has no priority on customer service and it starts with the lousy sales manager ********************* who is full of lies. Avoid this place at all cost. I have email communication to show how rude and offensive he is. Again stay away from this place and ********* business elsewhere. Just look at the other reviews
