********************* the sales manager is full of Lies and incompetent. stay away from this place at all cost, this place is rude and arrogant. I order a car from Exchange Porsche and the sales rep ******* was good. The arrogant sales manager ***** came in and became very rude and used abusive language when I asked for a modification of the order and refused to do take any action and instructed the sales agent to not communicate with me. He proceeded to cancel my order because I reached out to Porsche North America. This place has no priority on customer service and it starts with the lousy sales manager ********************* who is full of lies. Avoid this place at all cost. I have email communication to show how rude and offensive he is. Again stay away from this place and ********* business elsewhere. Just look at the other reviewsReview from Alex D

Dishonest people, stay away, i purchased 2020 911 from this dealer which supposed to be certified, and they ensured me it was on lease and one owner, i ended up paying thousands on services and their certification means nothing, and i found out the car wasnt on leased and owned by three owners, stay awayReview from Mark K

I purchased a certified Porsche 911 from ************ What a disaster. Car was represented to me to be a one car owner who bought and maintained the car at the Porsche Exchange with no issues. Wrong. It was a lemon. Total nightmare. Engine lights, sensors, catalytic converter, and finally transmission. Please buy elsewhere. They are dishonest people.Review from Steven L

If you are in the market for a Porsche, **** or a Chevrolet they are a great place to do business. The Porsche store is especially nice and their deals are fair to the customer. Their customer service is excellent and the are very attentive to your needs
