Solvusoft charged 22.98$ on my credit card without my authorisation or even a product. Did not purchase from them , asked to reverse the charge They are a SCAM

I am a victim of a scam, Solvusoft Corporation made a fake file with the extention NKR that sounds like the **************** along side that file they also sold me a fake file reader I just want my money back. Also took my funds without warning in total they conned me out of 73.02$ and also the costumer service bad Please Help.
