      This product is total junk and a waste of money. Do not believe the glowing reviews. They all seem fake. Batteries go bad in no time. No flavor at all unless you like something that taste like a dead rat. Seriously, don't waste your time or money. They are taking you for a ride.

      I have ordered product from this company for over 9 years, in the last year the customer service and products has become so bad that I will no longer order anything from this company.I thought it was just odd that a lot of their batteries dont work well and some not at all, as stated above Ive never had problems with the batteries or returning them in prior years. I had ongoing issues with the batteries, I now believe they are aware that they are sending out bad batteries because when I called and explained that the batteries are not working and that Ive had ongoing issues with their batteries the man on the phone who I believe is one of the owners told me it doesnt matter if the batteries dont work, he will not replace or let me return them because I fill my own cartridges. I explained that the batteries dont work out of the box and I have batteries from 5 years ago that work fine so how is it that they dont work out of the box brand new?After I asked to speak with a supervisor, he started yelling at me he said I am the supervisor he was extremely obnoxious and rude, he yelled Im not sending you anything anymore and he hung up on me. I went their site to order another battery as I dont have good ones to use with their cartridges and he had closed my account so I was unable to order batteries in the hopes of getting one that worked at all, however, once I went to the site he had closed my account. Im actually glad now as it forced me to find another retailer and I am very happy with them.

      Been a customer since 2009, products and customer service have declined so badly, will no longer do business with them. I have gone through batteries like crazy, the first time, I chalked it up to bad luck and bought two adapters and two new electronic connectors, ordered two new new batteries on July 7, neither have worked, whatsoever, they do not charge, all three lights never indicate a charge has taken place, all three lights remain RED. I called ***************** as I was out $39, I was told to MAIL BOTH BACK, and that they needed to test to find out what the problem was!!! I was on my cell phone, in my car and was told they could walk me through testing both when I got home, wth? What part of NO CHARGING, DEFFECTIVE PRODUCTS, ALL RED LIGHTS, DID THEY NOT UNDERSTAND. There was no reason to walk me through the test with them on the phone, I am not color blind and I know the difference between green, as in working and red, as in not working. I was upset with the fact that they were both rude and condescending and would not either refund my money or send out two new working batteries. I have spent thousands of of dollars with this company and have had cartridges that didn't work and they were kind enough to replace, I offered to send them back and they declined. I admit I did use a few expletives when both of the poor excuses of customer service reps would talk over me, all they continued to say is to send them back???? What???? And have to purchase two new ones while they tested them? They should have sent replacements and I would have gladly sent the two defective ones. They hung up on me and blocked me from their company. So I am sitting here with two batteries that do not work and out my money. Their resolution to issues are in one sentence, SEND THEM BACK, no offer to help me whatsoever. Will never do business with them again. I don't know how I will ever have my money returned, they just lost a long time customer.

      I ordered two new batteries and one of them didnt work. I sent it back so they could test it. They said it was very old and had green gunk in it so they threw it out (implying that I sent them an old battery?) Absolutely no resolution or next steps or reply after i questioned them. Ive sent them hundreds and hundreds of dollars for products but am going to try to get over on them with an old battery?? I really cant believe it. Ive never had any issues in the past other than having to switch brands because of out-of-stock issues. Oh wellso much for that. So angryWont be ordering from them ever, ever again. Be careful if you have to return something. Apparently, you dont get any help.

      ***** was shipped June 8 2021 and has been sitting at the ************ ******** post office ever since. Customer service tells you the post office can't update it's tracking which is a LIE! Can not get anywhere with customer services and does not answer emails, do not order from them!"

      I received an order from this company today. They are charging people for special deliveries that have to be signed for.I read an article that states that **** is still accepting orders, from vape stores right now. My order was delivered to my apartment mailbox by ****!I had a $112 order and was charged $13.00 more for private shipping. The man I spoke with screamed at me and went totally ballistic when I tried to talk to him! He immediately closed my account! Apparently many people paid for private shipment, and this company is keeping their money!
