            I borrowed money from oasis and they said on phone it wouldn't be so much and I'd get 2500 I paid bill my chexk and they gave me 548. Now I owe over ****** and my lawsuit settled for way less then should of. I'm losing my home and need oasis to come down on what I owe. They lied and I have to pay for it not right. My lawyer supposed to ask them to lower it but was told fat change. Please I don't mind paying 3500 or 5000 but not over 10 grand or 10 grand.

            I applied for a loan on MAY 17,2024 was told i could get about $5000. On May 22,2024 the case was closed claiming unable to contact my attorney. I got in contact with my attorney to day 05-24-2024 he said he spoke with Oasis 05-23-2024 he approved my loan. but they claim unable to reach him was the reason they closed the case. then claimed oh we denied it didn't feel comfortable with funding this loan. didn't call, didn't even offer a lower amount. when we reach out to companies like this we need help. to put us off then come up with a lame excused is sad. I have a case so I am not understanding the false advertising on assisting. I am able to repay my loan just need help asap.

            We are sorry that weve been unable to provide the funding youve requested.  Oasis strives to provide needed funds to plaintiffs waiting on the settlement of their legal claim, but we unfortunately cannot provide funding for every request.  Oasis was unable to approve the consumers application for funding and sent a notification to the consumer on May 22, 2024.  If there are changes to your case in the future, please give us a call and we will be glad to review your application again at that time.
