            I ordered a high-pressure 2" layflat hose for a vegetable farm irrigation system from Stanios Industrial as a third-party seller on Amazon. Instead, I received this blue low-pressure hose. I contacted the seller to have them send the right one. Stanios Industrial did not email me back. So I called. They said they'd send me the correct hose right away and email a shipping notification. I never received an email. I did't receive the correct hose. About a week later, I called again. They said they had shipped the hose the day before, and would email me a shipping notification. Again, I have not received a notification. I have not received the hose. And, the blue hose is valued considerably less than the red hose I should have received. Now when I call, no one answers the phone, and the voicemail is full. At this point, I'll be contacting Amazon for a refund. But, I have lost time and money trying to solve what at first seemed like a mistake, but is now very obviously a scam.

            I placed an order through Amazon with this company, then immediately requested a cancel when I saw the company's reviews. The company does not communicate, even with Amazon, so my request for cancel was not honored. The company would not return my emails to the customer service and would not answer the phone number posted on their website. You get a message to 'call during business hours' when it IS during business hours. I cannot leave a message because their messages are full. The *** tracking number I received indicates that, after Amazon contacted them on my behalf, the item was moved to a facility just blocks away from them with no movement in many days. They keep pushing out their 'arrive by' date, so I cannot petition Amazon for refund. ****** maps show this 'business' as half of a tiny brick building in a semi residential area.
