    I signed up for insurance and two weeks later I added my brother to my policy. Geico accepted my brother and even gave me a new quote and then a few days later I saw a notification on my app stating that my insurance policy will be canceled on 9/11. I wasnt called or sent a letter in the mail. due to my brothers driving record (i wasnt aware of the details) my insurance policy would be terminated and I wasnt given the option to remove my brother and keep myself since my driving record isnt bad at all. My only option was to get new insurance. I paid $116 to start this insurance and they want another $33 on 9/11 and I have been pleading for a refund because this was horrible customer service. How was I to know that my policy would be cancelled due to his driving record? There should be some sort of warning or a yield page before submitting to let you know that your policy COULD be at risk do to a bad driving record and then there should be details regarding what qualifies as a BAD driving record. I couldve avoided this if they communicated properly.

    This past Sunday was my 2nd experience that I called geico for a tow truck. Unfortunately this time we had our grandchild with us. We called to be towed we waited an hour for somebody come. Because of our previous experience being stranded and nobody showed up, my husband called the assigned tow company and they said they did not except the tow. We called Geico and they said on there end they still showed the tow active. Then after that fiasco they said they will send another company and well have to wait 300 minutes. In 30* weather. When we spoke to a representative they said if we are dissatisfied with their towing policy we are welcome to eliminate that part from our policy. Again, this happened about six months ago, nobody showed up. Definitely going to cancel!
