I recently received the magazine *******, which I did not subscribe to. Upon calling the magazines #, I was told that Valumags automatically subscribed me to this service. They provided me with an email to valumags to cancel this subscription and told me I would only receive the next months edition. I sent my complaint to the provided email address only to have it returned undeliverable. Remove my information from all future subscriptions. After reading numerous other similar stories, it is pertinent that something should be done to discontinue such an action. This is time wasted for myself and all others that have experienced the same issue! The amount of wasted paper/trees in relation to this practice alone should be deemed illegal.Review from Miriam A

I started receiving People Magazine though I never subscribed through any channels. Upon investigating, found out my subscription was for one year. People Magazine's customer service has advised me to contact ValueMags to unsubscribe. This is fraud activity and this company should be accountable for fraudulent practices.Review from Flora M

I recently started receiving *************** sent to my address but to a unknown name (***** ******). I never ordered this subscription nor do I want to subscribe to *************** nor do I know who ***** ****** is. I called ***************'s Customer service and advised them of this unwanted and never requested subscription. They advised me that the weekly magazine mailing would stop after the January 3, 2022 mailing (reason: the label had already been printed in the system and could not be stopped at this point before the Jan 3rd mailing. I further do not know who Valumags.com is nor have I ever requested any subscription from them. I am making a record of this problem as I do not want to be charged for this or any other subscription by Valumags. I would further appreciate an explanation from this company,

The People subscription is from a free offer we promoted on our site. Apparently, someone used an incorrect address at sign-up. We are happy to submit a cancellation. Thanks!Review from Terri H

ValueMags runs offers for sponsored magazine promotions. We are sorry to hear that someone signed you up for a free *************** that you do not wish to receive. If you send your address information to [email protected], she will have the subscription cancelled asap. Thanks!
